Tasks
- Implement the Technology OEM strategy for the industrial sector
- Generate ideas for innovative products and technologies
- Collaborate with Sales and GAM to align strategies
- Develop and manage relationships with OEMs and key suppliers
- Build knowledge of applications and their impact on product chemistry
- Manage global Technology OEM projects with stakeholder updates
- Identify customer needs and industry trends for strategy input
- Conduct regular visits to OEM customers to maintain relationships
- Document information on key OEMs and market trends
- Attend trade shows and industry events, delivering presentations
- Support knowledge management within the group
- Define and track KPIs for the Technology OEM strategy
- Ensure compliance with HSSE, regulatory, and quality standards
