In this role, you will lead a dynamic team focused on design-in activities and project management within the automotive sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve driving strategies with key partners, managing project governance, and enhancing automation solutions.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or related technical field
• •Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
• •Strong experience in technical sales, application engineering, or project management
• •Demonstrated success influencing OEMs or major industrial customers
• •Ability to build cross-functional alignment and develop partnerships
• •Excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• •Fluency in English both written and verbal
• •Knowledge of adhesives, bonding, advanced materials, and automation integration
• •Additional common European languages are an advantage

Tasks

• •Lead and develop a high-performing team of Design Solutions Specialists and Project Managers
• •Set team priorities and allocate resources for optimal project execution
• •Drive design-in strategies with OEMs, suppliers, and key accounts to secure specifications for bonding technologies
• •Manage project governance, KPIs, risk assessments, and escalations
• •Ensure effective cross-functional communication for successful project execution
• •Maintain visibility of the design-in and project pipeline with accurate CRM documentation
• •Contribute to digital and automation programs to enhance customer implementation
• •Develop partnerships with stakeholders in the automation ecosystem
• •Increase automation fluency of the salesforce through targeted training and enablement
