Requirements

  • •Degree in business administration, MINT, or comparable
  • •Strong understanding of HR controlling and processes
  • •Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO
  • •Strong analytical mindset and independent analysis
  • •Experience in international initiatives and projects
  • •Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
  • •Expert level Excel and BI dashboarding
  • •Very good German and English skills

Education

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Manage workforce planning across all horizons
  • •Ensure proactive and efficient resource management
  • •Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closes
  • •Calculate and post personnel provisions
  • •Present financial results to external auditors
  • •Analyze and evaluate HR KPIs
  • •Provide strategic recommendations to management
  • •Optimize HR data quality and reporting
  • •Coordinate with international sales organizations
  • •Integrate acquired companies into global reporting
  • •Liaise with external service providers for data
  • •Advise stakeholders on personnel-related KPIs
  • •Lead sub-projects for HR KPI development
  • •Support onboarding and integration of M&A entities
