Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Controlling, Statistics, or related field
  • •5+ years of experience in an international environment
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, statistical software)
  • •Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage
  • •Passion for innovation, sustainability, and people

  • •Identify and structure data across the employee lifecycle
  • •Collect data to build a People Data Warehouse
  • •Collaborate with financial teams to ensure data consistency
  • •Analyze people and financial data, including workforce costs
  • •Prepare standard and customized reports to identify trends
  • •Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance
  • •Drive initiatives to optimize hire-to-retire processes
  • •Enhance employee experience with cost-effective solutions
  • •Support CSRD-compliant annual reporting for workforce data
  • •Maintain the Bilfinger Global HR risk controlling matrix
  • •Define KPIs for workforce productivity and cost efficiency
  • •Build predictive models for organizational outcomes
  • •Assist in functional budgeting and cost controlling processes
  • •Ensure alignment with corporate financial targets
