- Perform selected administrative financial tasks with CFO
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication (electronic and postal)
- Support organizational development
- Assist with future program considerations
- Contribute to strategic planning cycles
- Prepare data summaries for strategic planning
- Create research briefings for strategy
- Conduct structured follow-up for strategy
- Monitor timelines for subsidy reporting
- Track compliance requirements
- Oversee regulatory processes
- Ensure adherence to fee regulations
- Manage public funding conditions with CPCO/CFO
- Adhere strictly to governance standards
- Safeguard all information with zero tolerance for breaches
- Maintain and develop BBIS communication channels
- Update the Staff Handbook
- Manage internal documentation
- Collaborate with the Director of CMA on communications
- Ensure alignment with school brand and communication standards
- Oversee central records and documentation systems
- Provide administrative coordination across departments
- Support organizational continuity through administrative coordination
- Serve as a first point of contact for the BBIS community
- Welcome parents, staff, students, Board members, alumni, partners, and visitors
- Maintain stakeholder networks
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Enhance teaching, learning, and wellbeing through partnerships
- Liaise with public authorities
- Liaise with embassies
- Liaise with associations
- Liaise with external partners
- Support school-wide events
- Support PTA events
