Requirements
- Experience as Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or similar
- Ideally supporting senior stakeholders
- Background in hospitality, guest relations, or front office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience managing calendars, travel, and coordination
- Interest in tools, automation, and process improvement
- Comfortable with modern software and digital workflows
- Professional, discreet, and highly reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Tasks
- Manage and coordinate complex C-level calendars
- Organize meetings and align priorities
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel
- Prepare and coordinate executive meetings
- Ensure structured follow-ups and smooth communication
- Act as central coordination point between leadership and teams
- Take ownership of office environment
- Ensure smooth daily office operations
- Help shape and set up new office space
- Create professional, structured, welcoming environment
- Coordinate internal processes for office and executive operations
- Act as first point of contact for external guests
- Represent Circus with professionalism and attention to detail
- Ensure seamless, high-quality external interactions
- Plan and coordinate company events
- Support initiatives to strengthen company culture
- Leverage modern software tools to streamline workflows
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks
- Support implementation of new tools and systems
- Contribute to building modern, tech-enabled operating environment
