Tasks
- Optimize CFO’s calendar
- Manage day-to-day scheduling
- Ensure efficient CFO Office operations
- Own signature and office processes
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle expense reports
- Maintain key documentation
- Support internal communications
- Interface with C-Level/Senior Management
- Align timelines and priorities
- Plan business trips
- Organize executive events
- Coordinate leadership meetings
- Ensure excellent logistics
- Handle confidential information discreetly
