- Support clients with Ticketmaster tools
- Coordinate access control configurations
- Collaborate with Technology Support and Fan Support
- Adhere to best practices
- Participate in post-event debriefs
- Consult clients on onsite support
- Plan and manage staff logistics
- Support training efforts
- Manage Salesforce case queue
- Assist Operations teams with additional duties
