Requirements
- 2–4 years live event operations experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Familiarity with onsite technologies
- Experience with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in German and English
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset

- Comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity
- Detail-driven and organized
- Passion for exceptional fan and client experiences
Tasks
- Plan and execute live events
- Collaborate with Technology Support, Event Programming, and Fan Support teams
- Maintain event schedules
- Coordinate staffing needs
- Identify and fulfill hardware and technical requirements
- Attend and participate in briefings
- Represent Event Delivery onsite or remotely
- Manage projects and events
- Coordinate multiple teams
- Support clients with Ticketmaster tools and access control systems
- Configure access control for Ticketmaster and third-party systems
- Work with Technology Support, Fan Support, and Event Programming teams
- Adhere to best practices
- Participate in post-event debriefs
- Share insights to improve future delivery
- Understand and consult clients on onsite support needs
- Plan and manage logistics for onsite staff
- Support training efforts
- Manage Event Delivery Salesforce case queue
- Drive timely resolution of tasks
- Support Operations teams with additional duties

- High school diploma
