Tasks

  • Provide SME-level project management support
  • Oversee coordination with NCIA and US organizations
  • Manage daily tasks of SPOC contractor support
  • Support SPOC PM in US AFN design and development
  • Optimize US AFN infrastructure and systems for NATO
  • Analyze NATO and DOD IT systems for improvements
  • Propose solutions to enhance NNG efficiency
  • Oversee data collection and storage for NNG operations
  • Ensure data integrity and security
  • Develop data reporting and visualization tools
  • Provide technical support for IT systems and applications
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues
  • Implement IT system enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with DOD and NATO standards
  • Conduct regular IT system audits
  • Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities
  • Develop comprehensive IT system documentation
  • Train staff on IT tools and systems
  • Serve as liaison between IT teams and stakeholders
  • Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders
  • Identify and prioritize project risks
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Maintain a risk register
  • Review and update the risk management plan
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure reports include executive summaries
  • Manage project resources and schedules
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans
  • Implement risk management processes
  • Communicate with US NNG service providers
  • Establish migration schedules with US organizational POCs
  • Carry out daily SPOC stand-up tasks
