Requirements

  • •Degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or comparable qualification
  • •At least 2 years Service Desk experience
  • •Strong experience with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central
  • •Basic understanding of business processes
  • •Ability to prioritize and manage tickets
  • •Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • •German language skills as a plus
  • •Experience in agile environments

Education

Bachelor's degree

  • •Provide 1st level support for ERP topics
  • •Serve as the escalation contact for in-house users
  • •Collaborate with ERP specialists and IT teams
  • •Triage incidents and prioritize support tickets
