- •Strong written, verbal communication, and quantitative analysis skills
- •Experience conducting product demonstrations
- •Full professional proficiency in English and German
- •Track record of successful outcomes in fast-paced environments
- •High adaptability and understanding of business evolution
- •Growth mindset and willingness to learn

- •Partner with sales leaders to develop territory strategies
- •Qualify opportunities using the Lean, Pivot, Walk methodology
- •Support Account Executives in closing complex deals
- •Provide competitive insights and platform training to sales teams
- •Pitch the company's value proposition to Travel Managers
- •Interface with diverse personas across target organizations
- •Scope product fit for large, complex organizations
- •Exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- •Run proof of concepts to expedite evaluations
- •Conduct user access testing and specialized workshops
- •Perform detailed business value assessments
- •Enable new Account Executives during the scaling process
- •Provide feedback to Product and Operations teams
