- •5+ years of experience in sales engineering
- •Ability to create consensus among stakeholders
- •Excellent understanding of application architectures
- •Understanding of IT organizations and operations
- •Engineering or computer application background
- •Previous experience in a technical environment
- •Passion for consulting and presenting solutions
- •Ability to adapt communication style
- •Fluent English language skills
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Conduct technical discovery with clients to assess architecture and requirements.
- •Design and architect solutions for complex tech stacks.
- •Create custom POCs that integrate with various technologies.
- •Adjust messaging and demo materials based on client needs.
- •Collaborate with the strategic sales team on future strategies.
- •Build and maintain relationships with technical champions at client organizations.
- •Execute technical Proofs of Technology (PoTs) remotely or on-site.
- •Manage technical relationships with clients, including CTOs and CPOs.
- •Shape RFI and RFP responses with internal teams and stakeholders.
- •Translate customer business goals into effective technical solutions.
- •Mentor junior members of the Sales Engineering and Sales teams.
