Tasks

  • Drive sales growth through targeted acquisition and expansion
  • Nurture and expand relationships with 7 existing customer accounts
  • Engage with 18 potential customers to introduce our offerings
  • Convert prospects and maintain new accounts for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with sales professionals, SDRs, and partners
  • Execute territory plans to maximize revenue potential
  • Provide pre-defined SE support based on region
  • Acquire new customers and expand Dynatrace usage in existing accounts
  • Consult with VP and C-level executives to develop enterprise-wide strategies
  • Position Dynatrace effectively against competitors
  • Generate market velocity through product demonstrations and events
  • Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners
  • Work with sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other departments
  • Develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer needs
  • Ensure successful customer implementations
