Tasks

  • Understand customer requirements
  • Implement and onboard new customers
  • Conduct product training
  • Drive customer adoption and retention
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Work with customer C-Suite and executive teams
  • Collaborate with program counterparts
  • Manage post-sales activities for Enterprise customers
  • Manage complex integration cycles
  • Develop key relationships with Enterprise customers
  • Execute within customer subteams (Finance, HR, etc.)
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-suite customers
  • Align customer goals with business strategy
  • Identify customer success metrics
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on joint success plans
  • Assess customer health checks
  • Serve as the voice of the customer
  • Provide internal feedback for customer value and retention
  • Maintain deep product understanding
  • Discuss relevant product features with customers
  • Conduct regular customer check-in calls
  • Conduct Quarterly and Strategic Business Reviews
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on enhancement requests
  • Handle customer escalations
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues
