Requirements

  • 5+ years enterprise software sales experience
  • Experience with MEDDICC and solution selling
  • Strong executive-level customer relationship skills
  • Ability to drive cross-selling and expansion
  • Experience working with resale/implementation partners
  • Expertise in complex sales cycles
  • Understanding of SaaS business models
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Legal eligibility to work in Germany

Tasks

  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Drive expansion sales within early-stage accounts
  • Lead primary and secondary account teams
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Customer Success
  • Develop growth and renewal strategies
  • Execute complex solution-based sales processes
  • Create strategic plans for enterprise accounts
  • Expand revenue through cross-selling and upselling
  • Land new departments within existing enterprises
  • Build long-term customer relationships at all levels
  • Manage needs analysis and solution design
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales cycles
  • Forecast sales opportunities and track KPIs
  • Utilize Smartsheet and other sales tools
  • Promote a collaborative team environment
