Requirements

  • Extensive experience in account management, IT/strategy/management consulting or quota-carrying enterprise software sales
  • Proven track record selling complex solutions to large enterprise accounts
  • Strategic and conceptual thinking ability
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Strong personal presence, gravitas, confidence, professionalism
  • Proven project management skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Bachelor's degree or higher experience
  • Can-Do attitude, positive outlook, proactive nature
  • Inspirational leadership ability
  • Direct experience selling into High-Tech Manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in CRM and AI landscapes
  • Formal training in value-selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale)
