Requirements

  • Track record of selling complex enterprise software or technology to C-level clients
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and digital transformation in Healthcare / Life Sciences
  • Experience in defining Account Strategy and Execution Plan for top tier accounts
  • Experience in selling as part of a matrix organization and aligning with account teams
  • Ability to accurately forecast and achieve revenue goals
  • Fluency in German and English with clear communication skills
  • Invitation for applications from individuals with severe disability status

Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of high-caliber HLS clients in Germany
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for customer digitalization
  • Engage with C-Level decision makers to present Salesforce solutions
  • Define business cases and conduct ROI analysis
  • Coordinate internal resources to support account strategy
  • Communicate the benefits of the Salesforce Customer 360 product suite
  • Craft and deliver comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer goals
  • Navigate the full sales cycle to support deal closure
