- Build deep understanding of customers’ business models
- Identify opportunities for impact and innovation
- Lead discovery sessions and solution workshops
- Conduct executive presentations
- Articulate Taktile’s value proposition
- Align solutions to customer goals
- Ensure seamless and consultative buying experience
- Collaborate with Customer Success team
- Ensure smooth handovers
- Support long-term customer success
- Provide customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership
- Influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
