  • •Lead architectural decisions and RFC discussions
  • •Set operational standards through SLIs and SLOs
  • •Manage monitoring and incident response processes
  • •Lead blameless postmortems for continuous improvement
  • •Automate pipelines to reduce operational toil
  • •Build self-service capabilities for data consumers
  • •Foster a collaborative and supportive engineering culture
  • •Ensure data quality and GDPR compliance
  • •Collaborate with peer managers to improve practices
  • •Drive data literacy across the entire organization
