- Translate hardware and kernel-level insights into optimizations for distributed systems
- Contribute to the design of scalable services for new processor generations and storage technologies
- Mentor engineers in creating high-impact systems and fostering a performance-engineering culture
- Encourage collaboration and curiosity in low-level system design and distributed architectures
- Help shape engineering practices in Berlin to build a team known for precision and impact
- Work with product, infrastructure, and finance teams to optimize cost and utilization
- Engage with cloud providers to evaluate hardware roadmaps and performance characteristics
- Communicate key insights and results to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
