Tasks
- Develop next-generation high-performance power technologies
- Drive advancement of BCDlite® and BCD at Fab 1, Dresden
- Take ownership of FEOL or BEOL process module development and qualification
- Collaborate with device and process module engineers to meet performance targets
- Ensure reliability and manufacturability of technologies
- Work with sister fabs in the USA and Asia to align technology performance
- Interface with internal and external foundry customers
- Meet development timelines and transfer processes to production after qualification
