- Build and navigate senior customer relationships
- Lead proposals for significant project wins
- Drive long-term account strategy
- Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants
- Foster a culture of excellence
- Manage project budgets of $1M+
- Act as primary point of contact for project health
- Support brand-building activities
- Develop internal IP
