Requirements
- 8+ years Life Sciences Consulting experience
- Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
- Deep domain knowledge in Commercial Excellence, Pharma Operating Models, Advanced Analytics, Large-scale Data Strategy, and AI/Machine Learning applications
- Proven experience in Commercial Excellence, Pharma Operating Models, Advanced Analytics, Large-scale Data Strategy, and AI/Machine Learning applications
- Comprehensive understanding of Life Sciences landscape
- Extensive experience managing multiple project teams
- Extensive experience managing senior-level customer relationships
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Knowledge of Veeva products
- Experience delivering SaaS consulting solutions
- Experience delivering Tech-enabled consulting solutions
- Additional languages besides English
Tasks
- Transform how customers work with Technology, Data, and AI
- Reshape operating models and drive organizational change
- Measure tangible business value for clients
- Scale the EU Analytics practice
- Direct integrated teams of consultants and data scientists
- Lead Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects
- Maintain excellence across multiple teams
- Lead business development for EU Analytics practice
- Architect and win key deals exceeding $1M+
- Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams
- Foster professional growth and delivery standards
- Develop a strong team spirit and lead community initiatives
- Champion industry-leading thought leadership in Analytics and AI
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders
- Leverage Veeva’s data and software to solve critical challenges
