- Strong network in Polish energy sector, ideally with regulatory bodies/system operators
- Demonstrated understanding of multiple markets (Day-Ahead, Intraday, FCR, aFRR) and asset-based optimisation strategies
- Track record of shaping new commercial opportunities or launching new services in fast-changing regulatory environment
- Experience supporting construction/commissioning phase of energy assets
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and technical teams
- Comfort with customer and cross-team interaction
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving regulatory/technical landscape
- Interest in building deep expertise in battery storage/flexibility markets
- Hands-on and operational approach
Tasks
- Build internal expertise on Polish energy markets
- Update internal expertise on Polish energy regulations
- Serve as a reference for internal stakeholders
- Serve as a reference for external stakeholders
- Assess market design and value pools for storage
- Develop a clear view of commercial value drivers
- Collaborate on BESS go-live preparation
- Provide market and regulatory input for go-live
- Understand market rules for storage
- Understand operational mechanics for storage
- Translate market rules into actionable business guidance
- Partner with product team on Poland roadmap
- Define market requirements for the roadmap
- Define regulatory requirements for the roadmap
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
- Represent Entrix as a credible, knowledgeable partner
