Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing
  • •Significant B2B growth, demand generation, or marketing automation experience
  • •Strong understanding of technical or industrial markets with complex design-in cycles
  • •Excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • •Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable results
  • •Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • •Knowledge of adhesives, bonding, advanced materials, assembly technologies, and/or automation and robotics integration
  • •Additional common European languages advantageous
  • •Willingness to travel up to 25% domestic/international

Tasks

  • •Lead end-user pull campaigns targeting Design, Material, and Process Engineers
  • •Drive awareness, engagement, and demand for the Bonding Continuum
  • •Collaborate on marketing plan execution with global and local stakeholders
  • •Execute targeted prospecting for key growth segments and new product introductions
  • •Manage marketing automation and lead management processes
  • •Improve lead-to-revenue alignment by enhancing MQL, SQL, and conversion rates
  • •Scope, assess, and deploy AI-driven marketing and sales automation solutions
  • •Modernize workflows and enhance customer engagement through new martech solutions
