- •Drive customer acquisition, migration, and retention
- •Define competitive pricing and promotion strategies
- •Monitor pricing dynamics for key products
- •Run pricing tests and recommend local adjustments
- •Balance category competitiveness and profitability
- •Execute campaign and promotional roadmaps
- •Manage promotional costs against budgets
- •Optimize the impact of promotional activities
- •Own the onsite commercial category strategy
- •Define customer discovery and evaluation journeys
- •Translate strategies into scalable merchandising principles
- •Steer priorities using onsite performance insights
- •Lead and develop a small team
- •Influence extended squads to deliver outcomes
