- •Collaborate cross-functionally to build activation plans
- •Shape shopper-centric strategies for sustainable growth
- •Lead and mentor a team of ten professionals
- •Create commercial stories and manage annual planning
- •Drive brand growth using shopper insights
- •Co-lead innovation assessments and market opportunity analysis
- •Manage the annual promotion strategy and ROI
- •Oversee POS materials and agency collaborations
- •Position the company as a trusted growth partner
- •Coach and empower the Shopper and Trade Marketing team
- •Foster a culture of collaboration and ownership
- •Implement cross-functional Go-To-Market squads
- •Support career development and celebrate team success
