Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Supply Chain, Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in Compliance- und Dokumentationsprozessen sowie Prozessoptimierung
  • Kenntnisse in relevanten Normen und Zertifikaten (FDA, ISO, EU-Regularien)
  • Erfahrung mit digitalen Tools und idealerweise SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, Projektmanagement-Kompetenz und Innovationsbereitschaft
  • Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Tasks

  • Standards für Dokumentations- und Compliance-Prozesse entwickeln und implementieren
  • Digitale Tools für das Dokumentenmanagement und Batch-Tracking einführen und betreuen
  • Bestehende Prozesse analysieren und Optimierungspotenziale identifizieren
  • Compliance-Dokumente verwalten und sicherstellen
  • Mit Lieferanten zur Einholung und Validierung von Zertifikaten koordinieren
  • Bei Audits unterstützen und Reports für regulatorische Anforderungen erstellen
  • Mit internen Stakeholdern zur Förderung der Digitalisierung zusammenarbeiten
