Tasks
- Drive profitable growth for Teroson and Loctite in the Independent Aftermarket
- Lead and develop key distributors to achieve best-in-class performance
- Optimize portfolio for key brands
- Strengthen market presence with targeted commercial initiatives
- Build and expand a high-performing dealer network
- Collaborate with local Technical Sales Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Deliver commercially and technically driven trainings to distribution partners
- Ensure strong representation at key events and trade fairs
