Requirements

  • Experience in hyper growth and building fast-moving organizations at scale
  • Proven record of leading and managing successful Enterprise and Strategic sales teams
  • Expert team builder and leader with ability to inspire and create loyalty
  • Existing influential customer relationships and understanding of security threat landscape
  • Extensive local eco-system knowledge in the cyber security market
  • Excellent knowledge of market and contacts with large enterprises in the region
  • Ability to use SFDC effectively
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Fluency in English and local regional language required

Tasks

  • Lead and manage a team of Strategic Account Managers
  • Coach and inspire team members to achieve sales targets
  • Develop sales strategies for large accounts with over 15,000 employees
  • Engage directly with large customer opportunities
  • Define and report on sales performance metrics
  • Forecast and analyze sales deals
  • Create and implement strategic and tactical revenue plans
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales to define partner plans
  • Drive incremental revenue through channel partnerships
  • Stay informed about the company's competitive positioning
  • Work with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to close deals
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
