- Drive revenue growth
- Manage relationships with key business stakeholders
- Actively engage in business planning
- Contribute to the BU senior leadership team
- Develop strong partnerships with the business
- Understand business strategy and objectives
- Translate strategy into procurement actions
- Deliver value through strategic procurement
- Lead a team of 50 procurement professionals
- Develop and implement annual strategic and tactical plans
- Drive continuous improvement and functional excellence
- Leverage the Johnson Controls Business System
- Apply leading internal and external best practices
- Collaborate with regional and global category management
- Support category strategy development and execution
- Lead talent development for BU procurement
- Oversee succession planning for BU procurement
- Partner with the central talent development team
- Improve efficiency of Procure to Pay processes
- Simplify Procure to Pay processes
