Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree or higher
- •Solid experience in complex enterprise B2B solution sales (SaaS, technology, or consulting)
- •Solid leadership experience managing enterprise sales professionals
- •Deep expertise in value-based, consultative selling of cloud or technology solutions to large enterprises
- •Proven mastery of structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC) and data-driven pipeline management
- •Demonstrated ability to build and execute enterprise growth strategies with full commercial ownership
- •Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills
- •Highly analytical, structured, and execution-focused mindset in fast-paced environments
- •High resilience, ownership mentality, and passion for winning complex enterprise deals
- •Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)

Tasks
- •Drive new enterprise customer acquisition in Germany
- •Engage and close deals at C-level and senior executive levels
- •Build and maintain a strong network with enterprise decision-makers
- •Apply best-practice sales methodologies to qualify opportunities
- •Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
- •Ensure CRM discipline, data quality, and pipeline transparency
- •Lead complex enterprise deals by understanding customer strategies
- •Act as the senior escalation point for high-value prospects
- •Position HRS as a strategic partner through value-based selling
- •Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team
- •Set targets and priorities for revenue growth
- •Coach team members on hunting excellence and deal strategy
- •Build relationships with industry influencers and decision-makers
- •Represent HRS in the market through webinars and professional networks
