Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in HR or People & Culture
• Track record in People & Culture strategy in scaling companies
• Experience managing and developing People & Culture teams
• Hands-on approach in scaleup environments
• Strong presentation and public representation skills
• Deep knowledge of German labor law and employee relations
• Experience supporting global or multi-country organizations
• Strong coaching skills and interest in developing leaders
• Ability to thrive under complexity and uncertainty
• Commitment to growth and constant learning
• Visionary thinking for sustainable future design
• Experience navigating major company growth phases
• Ability to influence and support at C-Suite level
