Description

You will lead a team of professionals to drive global adoption of AI tools and new methodologies, ensuring over 1,000 consultants successfully navigate large-scale organizational change.

Requirements

• •Prosci Change Management Certification
• •7+ years OCM leadership experience
• •3+ years managing OCM teams
• •Deep Prosci expertise
• •Experience driving adoption for 1,000+ people
• •Management consulting background
• •Strong stakeholder influence skills
• •Excellent communication and storytelling
• •Data-driven measurement approach
• •CCMP certification (ACMP) desirable
• •AI/ML adoption or digital transformation experience
• •Adult learning or instructional design knowledge
• •ServiceNow platform knowledge
• •Change management software experience

Tasks

• •Lead the people side of organizational transformation
• •Apply Prosci methodology to assess impact and formulate strategies
• •Conduct global change readiness assessments for 1,000+ consultants
• •Build stakeholder engagement strategies to secure executive sponsorship
• •Create integrated roadmaps to sequence multiple initiatives
• •Embed change management into PMO project governance
• •Drive adoption of delivery methodologies and AI-powered tools
• •Build measurement frameworks to track ADKAR progress
• •Identify and address resistance with targeted interventions
• •Manage a team of change, communication, and training professionals
• •Establish OCM standards, tools, and playbooks
• •Develop team capabilities in Prosci and AI concepts
• •Oversee multi-channel communication and engagement campaigns
• •Partner on learning experiences and role-specific enablement materials
• •Create feedback mechanisms like surveys and focus groups
• •Establish KPIs to measure adoption and proficiency
• •Report progress and risks to PMO and executive leaders
• •Equip executive sponsors and middle managers as change leaders
• •Build and maintain a global change champion network
