Requirements
- 8–12+ years B2B SaaS demand generation/growth
- Owning pipeline targets
- Managing multi-region/international demand gen teams
- Strong background in performance marketing, lifecycle, ABM
- Working closely with sales teams (mid-market/enterprise)
- High ownership mentality (accountable for revenue)
- Strong operator: build structure, process, discipline
- Experience in PLG + sales-led hybrid motions
- Building demand gen from unstructured starting point
- Familiarity with European and US markets
Tasks
- Design and scale the global demand engine
- Generate, capture, and convert demand across core markets
- Develop global pipeline generation strategy
- Translate ARR targets into regional pipeline plans
- Ensure balanced pipeline mix
- Drive shift from paid dependency to diversified sources
- Define and lead global demand generation strategy
- Manage and coach regional Demand Gen Managers
- Ensure clear regional campaign strategies
- Foster strong local market understanding
- Balance local autonomy with global consistency
- Prevent regional teams from operating as silos
- Oversee all central digital channels
- Manage paid search, paid social, and website conversion
- Develop lifecycle infrastructure
- Define channel strategy and budget allocation
- Promote experimentation and performance tracking
- Challenge channel efficiency
- Own the entire demand journey
- Build and scale lifecycle marketing
- Develop ABM programs for mid-market and enterprise
- Create event and field marketing strategy with clear ROI
- Ensure funnel integrity and conversion optimization
- Align weekly with Sales leadership on pipeline
- Partner with GTM Ops to define funnel stages
- Track performance and identify bottlenecks
- Improve pipeline velocity and efficiency
- Ensure demand gen accountability to revenue outcomes
- Hire, coach, and develop regional demand gen managers
- Establish clear KPIs and operating cadence
- Create a culture of ownership and accountability
