- Deep expertise in paid search (expert level)
- Deep expertise in paid social (LinkedIn preferred)
- Proven experience building/scaling lifecycle programs
- Proven experience building/scaling nurture flows
- Proven experience building/scaling full-funnel digital systems
- Strong analytical mindset
- Understanding of funnel metrics
- Understanding of attribution

Tasks
- Own paid search and social programs
- Manage paid acquisition budgets and bidding
- Optimize for pipeline quality and CAC
- Analyze brand vs. non-brand dynamics
- Design and implement lifecycle programs
- Accelerate MQL to SQL conversion
- Build email journeys and retargeting logic
- Align messaging, timing, and content
- Execute CRM campaigns and automation
- Set up workflows and lead routing
- Manage segmentation and list management
- Ensure clean campaign tracking
- Drive performance from click to pipeline
- Improve conversion rates and lead quality
- Run experiments on campaigns and creative
- Test landing pages and nurture sequences
- Scale successful experiments globally
- Ensure proper tracking setup
- Implement clean attribution logic
- Analyze channel ROI and incremental gains
- Provide scalable campaign structures
- Share best practices for paid and lifecycle
- Balance global consistency and local adaptation
