Requirements
- Experience in digital, performance, or demand generation marketing
- Strong execution mindset for building and optimizing campaigns
- Curiosity and passion for modern marketing tools, including AI
- Ability to analyze performance and improve results
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools (bonus)
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva) (bonus)
- Exposure to B2B or growth marketing (bonus)
Tasks
- Build and launch paid campaigns
- Optimise campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta
- Generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs
- Improve campaign performance through testing
- Contribute to in-house paid media efforts
- Execute multi-channel demand generation
- Own campaign performance from click to conversion
- Collaborate with Product and Regional Marketing
- Refine targeting and messaging
- Provide feedback on ad creatives
- Evaluate landing pages and conversion flows
- Experiment with new tools and AI capabilities
- Implement growth tactics to enhance performance
- Contribute to integrated digital, events, and ABX campaigns
- Write and improve ad copy
- Guide creative direction
- Take ownership of results, not just activity
