Requirements

  • Strong Excel, BW, Power BI, Salesforce, and data modelling skills
  • Expertise in reporting automation, master data governance, and planning processes (IBP/S&OP)
  • Strong understanding of commercial steering, sales processes, and financial interactions
  • Ability to translate business needs into data, reporting, and actionable insights
  • High attention to detail, structure, and process reliability
  • Proven leadership experience in multi-functional, global environment
  • Strong coordination and communication skills under tight timelines
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive organizational change
  • Fluent English and German; additional Spanish or French is an advantage

Tasks

  • Drive development of Sales Excellence frameworks
  • Design sales incentives and performance dashboards
  • Develop KPIs and steering mechanisms
  • Generate actionable sales performance insights
  • Analyze pipeline quality and conversion rates
  • Conduct white-spot analysis and customer segmentation
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on target-setting methodologies
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Introduce and maintain Sales Control Tower
  • Enable real-time performance visibility
  • Monitor backlog, account activity, and forecast health
  • Enforce commercial discipline in Salesforce usage
  • Manage customer segmentation and opportunity tracking
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles
  • Ensure forecasting quality and transparency
  • Support IBP/S&OP processes with validated inputs
  • Conduct backlog analysis and scenario planning
  • Own recurring management reports
  • Compare Actuals vs Forecast
  • Maintain sales dashboards and strategic reviews
  • Harmonize reporting formats and definitions
  • Ensure consistent data sources across functions
  • Drive automation and simplification of reporting
  • Maintain accuracy and governance of master data
  • Lead data quality improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-functional validation processes
  • Enable automation for product mapping and hierarchy checks
  • Act as key business partner to Sales, Finance, PM, SCM, and Operations
  • Align assumptions and data inputs across the company
  • Provide insights for EOL, migrations, and strategic projects
  • Oversee and improve planning and reporting tools
  • Ensure system integrity through data checks
  • Resolve data reconciliation issues
  • Lead digitalization initiatives
  • Reduce manual work and enhance analytical capabilities
  • Lead and develop a global team of 7 analysts
  • Drive team routines and coaching
  • Develop team capabilities and continuous improvement
