- •Establish and nurture relationships with journalists.
- •Build relationships with lead contributors and partners.
- •Qualify leads with the Global Growth team.
- •Supervise pitch processes and new business pipeline.
- •Monitor new business reporting within the Global Growth team.
- •Work with stakeholders to develop annual New Business Plans.
- •Scope and sell significant new business engagements.
- •Build a strong new business pipeline of opportunities.
- •Focus on high conversion rate business activities.
- •Translate client growth targets into strategic marketing plans.
- •Contribute knowledge and insights within the Global Growth team.
- •Manage a New Business Manager and provide mentorship.
- •Participate in company performance management processes.
- •Drive company culture by modeling desired behaviors.
- •Support a global culture of learning and development.
