Requirements

  • •5-7 years of experience as a manager in IT or comparable field
  • •Ability to lead global teams during major incidents
  • •Mastery of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Service-request, Release Management
  • •Deep understanding of 24/7 global IT client and infrastructure support model
  • •Experience in evaluating outsourcing and managed service models
  • •Hands-on mentality with innovative thinking and structured working
  • •Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken)

  • •Ensure operational readiness for new solutions
  • •Drive continuous improvement and automation in operations
  • •Establish risk KPIs and metrics for oversight
  • •Provide feedback loops for future improvements
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize internal processes
  • •Partner with vendors to negotiate and execute contracts
  • •Own IT policies for IT Run
