- •5-7 years of experience as a manager in IT or comparable field
- •Ability to lead global teams during major incidents
- •Mastery of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Service-request, Release Management
- •Deep understanding of 24/7 global IT client and infrastructure support model
- •Experience in evaluating outsourcing and managed service models
- •Hands-on mentality with innovative thinking and structured working
- •Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken)

- •Manage service requests
- •Ensure operational readiness for new solutions
- •Drive continuous improvement and automation in operations
- •Establish risk KPIs and metrics for oversight
- •Provide feedback loops for future improvements
- •Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize internal processes
- •Partner with vendors to negotiate and execute contracts
- •Own IT policies for IT Run
