- Partner with cross-functional teams on public policy tracking

- Experience managing external consultant relationships
- Experience pursuing strategic investment incentives
- Experience administering processes for government requirements

Tasks
- Transform approach to government credits and incentives
- Identify and secure government incentives
- Optimize and govern global credit and incentive processes
- Define operating model and standards
- Design and implement end-to-end management processes
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
- Support digital platform adoption and optimization
- Promote best practices and consistent governance
- Partner with cross-functional teams for cohesive approach
- Track and monitor public policy environments
- Assess ethical, legal, and reputational considerations
- Ensure timely execution of grant deliverables
- Identify and prioritize incentive opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure efficient use of external advisory resources
- Lead and govern incentive program portfolio
- Develop strategies and execution plans
- Coach and mentor global and regional leads
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
