- Hands-on execution strength
- Comfortable operating in direct-reporting role to CBO
- Credibility at executive and Board level

- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Proactively identify early-stage partnering opportunities
- Manage alliances in late-stage, launch, and post-launch phases
- Ensure strong profitability from existing partnerships
- Resolve execution challenges in advanced project stages
- Apply market expertise in emerging markets
- Optimize partner selection and deal economics
- Work cross-functionally with various teams
- Ensure strict adherence to timelines and milestones
- Maintain governance standards
