  • Senior, very experienced

  • Senior-level experience in licensing, business development, and alliance management within generic or biotech companies, ideally with biosimilars focus
  • Proven track record in high-value negotiations, complex deal execution, and alliance value optimization across global markets
  • Profound expertise in contractual frameworks
  • Strong strategic, financial, and analytical capabilities
  • Hands-on execution strength
  • Comfortable operating in direct-reporting role to CBO
  • Credibility at executive and Board level

  • Select high-quality commercial partners globally
  • Leverage a strong personal network for partnering options
  • Negotiate and execute complex international agreements
  • Optimize returns, scalability, and lifecycle value
  • Develop and present decision-ready business cases
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses
  • Proactively identify early-stage partnering opportunities
  • Manage alliances in late-stage, launch, and post-launch phases
  • Ensure strong profitability from existing partnerships
  • Resolve execution challenges in advanced project stages
  • Apply market expertise in emerging markets
  • Optimize partner selection and deal economics
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams
  • Ensure strict adherence to timelines and milestones
  • Maintain governance standards
