Requirements

  • Relevant experience in business development or sales within intralogistics automation or related industries
  • Proven experience in leading and developing distributed teams with different cultural backgrounds
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets
  • Experience in a multicultural, matrixed business environment
  • Strong understanding of logistics, sales processes, and CRM as well as WMS systems
  • Experience with project and team management across regions
  • Performance Management – driving accountability and results through feedback and coaching

Tasks

  • Lead and manage the EMEA Business Development team
  • Drive business development strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Set and monitor ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the region
  • Steer regional sales growth and market expansion
  • Develop and convert the sales funnel to enhance EBIT contribution
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
  • Collaborate with marketing and solution design for value propositions
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Utilize CRM effectively
