Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, risk management, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years implementing/managing enterprise risk and controls frameworks
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing risk in large, complex organizations
- Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or similar certifications desirable
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, life science, or healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience implementing risk and compliance programs preferred
- Proven leadership and people management experience required
- Experience partnering with and presenting to senior management
- Experience developing strategies for senior management needs
- Experience in multi-national organization
- Experience leading projects with international stakeholders
- Exposure to Asian cultures is an asset
- Excellent influencing skills
- Ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders

Tasks
- Develop and execute ERM strategy
- Align ERM with business objectives

- Prepare and align risk committees
- Lead ERM systems implementation
- Provide strategic risk guidance
- Foster risk awareness culture
- Identify and prioritize risks
- Coordinate enterprise-wide risk assessments
- Facilitate scenario planning
- Incorporate risk into strategic planning
- Establish risk monitoring program
- Report on risk exposures
- Escalate significant risks
- Collaborate with internal audit
- Develop risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee internal controls
- Implement risk mitigation plans
- Stay current with risks and regulations
- Ensure compliance with laws and standards
- Lead ERM team
