Tasks
- Lead a team of Digital Sales Demand Executives
- Support market units in Germany, Switzerland, and CEE
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development
- Develop and nurture a high-quality sales pipeline
- Drive strategic cloud transformation campaigns
- Coach and develop specialists and young professionals
- Attract and recruit new talent to the team
- Innovate digital demand delivery and social selling strategies
- Identify and leverage best practices for pipeline growth
- Optimize lead hand-over and opportunity identification processes
- Implement a culture of digital innovation and growth
- Execute strategic demand programs with partners
- Analyze data to set operating models and targets
- Monitor and communicate results along the demand funnel
- Coordinate with digital roles to increase pipeline conversion
- Adopt AI tools and supporting digital technologies
