Requirements

  • •Experience with design for manufacturing
  • •Understanding of aerospace design principles
  • •Knowledge of ECR/ECO and production processes
  • •Proficiency in CAD and PDM/PLM systems
  • •Drafting and GD&T definition skills
  • •Excellent problem-solving skills
  • •Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • •Proficient English communication skills
  • •German language skills for shopfloor interactions
  • •Scripting and data analysis skills
  • •Experience with Lean principles
  • •Experience with Design-FMEA or Process-FMEA

  • •Optimize launcher systems using DFMA principles
  • •Drive industrialization through design simplification
  • •Standardize components and minimize variance
  • •Improve cost efficiency across launch systems
  • •Lead review cycles for design milestones
  • •Coordinate production feedback and timeline constraints
  • •Manage Bill-of-Materials across engineering and production
  • •Resolve systematic production non-conformities
  • •Develop internal DFMA tools and guidelines
  • •Implement best practices for launch components
