- Experience shaping lifestyle, automotive, or culture-driven brands
- Creative leadership with hands-on execution ability
- Content production from concept to execution experience
- Confident English communication
- Strong business acumen, analytical and creative thinking
- Brand partnerships and licensing experience
- Translating strategy into impactful design outcomes
- Highly organized, self-motivated, execution-driven
- Strong ownership and multi-initiative management
- Confident communicator and storyteller
- Effective presentation and idea selling skills
- Cross-functional and global team collaboration
- Deep sensitivity to aesthetics, storytelling, cultural trends
- Proficiency in design tools

Tasks
- Translate brand vision into integrated creative strategies
- Ensure strategic clarity and creative consistency
- Collaborate with Brand Creative, Design Center, Motorsport, and Marketing teams
- Develop innovative design concepts using strong principles
- Translate strategic insights into clear concept directions
- Create visual narratives and storyboards
- Translate brand and business strategy into scalable visual systems
- Act as strategic liaison between design, marketing, social media, motorsport, and global teams
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective collaboration
- Translate approved strategies into actionable initiatives
- Develop strategic playbooks and production guidelines
- Create compelling creative pitches and brand assets
- Supervise ongoing creative projects for consistency and quality
- Provide teams with direction, feedback, and autonomy
- Develop and present pitch decks and visual materials
- Communicate design ideas clearly to leadership and partners
- Contribute to a strong creative culture
- Participate in discussions and provide design perspectives
- Solve challenges creatively and advance ideas
- Bridge brand thinking with industrial/automotive design and motorsport
