- Extensive knowledge of demand planning (forecasting, sensing, lifecycle, promotions, S&OP integration)
- Experience with ERP data integration, master data governance, and cloud data platforms
- Demonstrated ability to standardize processes using BPM tools like Signavio
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP IBP
- SAP Signavio Process Manager or BPMN certification
- APICS CPIM/CSCP or IBF Demand Planning certification
Tasks
- Oversee demand planning process design and deployment in SAP IBP
- Define global demand planning vision, roadmap, and operating model
- Ensure alignment across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and IT
- Manage demand planning risks and collaborate on corrective actions
- Architect demand planning features including forecasting and S&OP handover
- Design data models, key figures, user roles, and workflows
- Develop and maintain demand planning process templates in Signavio
- Support master data and system integration requirements
- Establish data quality and governance frameworks
- Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy and bias
- Lead training and enablement for demand planning
- Manage transition to standardized IBP workflows
- Oversee fit-gap analysis and testing for demand planning
- Collaborate on user acceptance testing and defect resolution
- Track planning KPIs and establish baselines
- Support scenario planning for demand volatility
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Plan and execute efficient rollout for value delivery
