- Manage risks and standardize processes across regions
- Align stakeholders and collaborate with PMO on project execution
- Establish KPIs for service levels, inventory turns, and transportation efficiency
- Architect core supply network features, including location hierarchies and sourcing lanes
- Model inventory strategies aligned with forecasts and service targets
- Support configuration of network planning in SAP IBP, including RCCP
- Develop and maintain Signavio BPMN process models and RACI matrices
- Document inputs, controls, decision gates, and governance checkpoints
- Drive consistency between Signavio models and SAP IBP processes
- Facilitate super-user workshops and continuous process improvement
- Define master data requirements and integrate SAP ERP key figures
- Implement frameworks for data quality, validation, and lineage
- Connect IBP NP with short-term scheduling and ATP
- Lead fit-gap analysis and blueprinting for testing
- Manage integration, user acceptance, and validation testing
- Engage super-users in testing and defect resolution
- Ensure accurate network modeling and cutover readiness
- Build networks of process owners, planners, and super-users globally
- Deliver role-based training and enablement
- Foster communities of practice and stakeholder engagement
- Establish baseline and post-implementation metrics for cost and service
- Implement planning dashboards and alerts
- Support scenario planning to mitigate supply risks
- Ensure adherence to privacy, security, and audit standards
